Post Pounder 100mm

The 100mm  Post Pounder uses a  4 stroke Honda Engine yielding a powerful 1720 bpm.

We have designed a new bottom section while retaining the field proven pounder parts of the PP52 and PP83.

A new 100mm hammer head has been incorporated in the design to enable drving of larger diameter pipe/tubing , Master Halco Postmaster flanged posts, highway crash barrier heavy duty U chanel posts , and setting of wooden posts in predrilled holes to be installed.

The integral hourmeter gives owners the information needed to make regular lubrication without having to dismantle the front.

Designed for the contractor, signage contractor or hire firm,who have a need to drive larger diameter post. It will drive any shape of post up to 100mm (4 Inches) diameter.This machine is suitable to drive Master Halco Post Master line posts (3.5inch), to drive Post Master Plus (4.5 inch) and Post Master corner post you need our Maxi barrel.

It is extremely lightweight and portable while being powerful enough to drive large diameter posts/pipe into the hardest ground in a matter of seconds.The design enables the operator to quickly get started without cumbersome machine preparation.

All internal components are manufactured from the highest quality precision machined materials to give the longest tool life possible. The mechanism comes packed with  EP0 grease for extreme pressure operation, use only this grease or equivalent for topping up.The harsh hammering action is isolated from the operator via spring cushioned handles allowing many hours of fatigue free operation even by commercial operators.

The Post Pounder has zero set up and pack up time, all you have to do is start the engine to drive the posts and switch it off to move to the next job site. No pneumatics , compressor to worry about, no hoses, no heavy equipment to clear a path for,  just start the motor and drive the post.
