Post Pounder 83mm

Consistent with our policy of continued improvement the PP83 2020model has been upgraded with new trigger mechanism and textured castings.

Some hidden changes have been made to the inside of the machine to improve performance.

The grease nipple makes regular lubrication simple without having to dismantle the front.

The 83mm Post Pounder uses a  4 stroke Honda Engine yielding a powerful 1720 bpm.

Designed for the fencing contractor, signage contractor or hire firm, it will drive any shape of post up to 80mm (3.2Inches) diameter.

It is extremely lightweight and portable while being powerful enough to drive T post or rebar into the hardest ground in a matter of seconds.The design enables the operator to move along a fence line with ease much faster than traditional air and hydraulic driven units.

All internal components are manufactured from the highest quality precision machined materials to give the longest tool life possible. The mechanism comes packed with  EP0 grease for extreme pressure operation, use only this grease or equivalent for topping up.The harsh hammering action is isolated from the operator via spring cushioned handles allowing many hours of fatigue free operation even by commercial operators.

The Post Pounder will drive steel square Telspar posts through asphalt and packed gravel with ease.

The Post Pounder has zero set up and pack up time, all you have to do is start the engine to drive the posts and switch it off to move to the next job site. No pneumatics , compressor to worry about, no hoses, no heavy equipment to clear a path for,  just start the motor and drive the post.

Adaptors are available for our deer fence / pet fence post and sleeve system.Numerous other adaptors are available for tent posts, dock uprights etc. We can quickly manufacture adaptors to suit specific types of posts.
